Thanks for providing the great option for auto backup of cisco. But i am having the protocol error when i am doing write-memory on cisco router.
FYI i have followed your tutorial using OpenSSH for windows and the ssh is working fine on the PC but giving error on cisco while saving the config

Any Suggestions?? help is appreciated.
Thanks

@Malcolm: I had that problem and I eventually figured out that it was a firewall problem. Removed the firewall and it worked!

Is there a way to get it to save the file it writes to the SCP server with a certain filename, such as the date?

Anyone have any issues where the config starts to write to the server, but then it just stops in the middle of the transfer?
