hi.i am able to configure basic frame relay but make a successful ping but i cant get the pcs to ping each other from each end. Why is that

Bob,
Pinging the PCs is probably a windows firewall issue. Try disabling the firewall on the PCs or modify the windows firewall to allow icmp traffic.
