Hello Bull,

If you are new to CUCM, it would probably be best if you did not start with CCM 4.x or lower.

If you can get your hands on the media for CUCM 8.x … that would be best.

Ive been trying to do this for days.

The problem i ran into with the CCM VMX file provided here was that it only detected 8gb of the available 20gb at install, which meant i couldnt install anything.

I had to use diskpart.exe to expand the partition to 20gb. After this i wanted to run DMA on it for a test platform, to do this i had to install windows script host 5.7.

I made backup .tib file with Acronis 9.1 server, Boot from acronis cd. Write .tib file. With vmw converter made new VM. So i went from 5 years old IBM/Cisco to brandnew DELL 810. Running for a three weeks now with 50 numbers/users. No new install.

Kiril, Getting download access to CCO is not as complicated as you might think. Follow these steps.

Register for guest access on cisco.com (upper right corner)
Go to GreenwireIT.com and purchase a smartnet contract for your cisco phone - $20
Associate the smartnet contract to your cisco.com account
You will be allowed to download software once your smartnet contract is associated to your cisco.com account

Guys ,
As a many of you i have a problem with patch.I can’t find it .In cisco.com want CCO and you need to have associated Technical Support to your CCO . Please let sombody share it .
