Dear All,
I have to use NM-16ESW on 3620router with the following IO’s images but unable to find the 16 interfaces on my cli. However when i move my mouse to the router it shows that the hardware is connected but unable to configure the hardware can anyone plz help me out.
c3620-i-mz.122-28d.bin

I don’t understand why gns3 does not have simple switch capabilities,,cos you have to convert a router into a switch by adding the NM-16ESW slots, why can’t it be more practical like packet tracer, looks like i’m pursuing a gns3 exam and not CCNP

I’m pursuing my CCNP switch exam, I need to access the switch ios to test HSRP VRRP & GLBP. does gsn3 support access to configure switch ios?? I cannot seem to find how to do that.. because that stupid packet tracer does not have these options available

For those who are looking for a compatibile ios image that would work with NM-16ESW module.
After over an hour of trying different configs, I found the correct one. Switchport command works fine

Use router 3600, model 3660
Iso image: c3660-jk9o3s-mz.124-12.bin
