If you have access to the network infrastructure, you can port spanning or port monitoring and sniff the traffic on the port their phone is connected to with Wireshark.

Wireshark has tools to replay the audio in the rtp stream.

Is it possible to tap another users call on cisco voip systems when the user is not at his desk?

Hi All, i was wondering if anyone knew were i can download UCCX 7 , i can see Cisco provide trial licences but i cannot find the software to download anywhere, the Cisco website only has software releases not full versions.
